I am a volunteer trainer with the Dayton Dog Training Club, and I am privileged to work with some truly lovely souls who have been working with dogs longer than I have been alive! I am thankful for their vast stores of knowledge, and their focus on the concept of “training you to train your dog,” which really moved me!

When I began leading classes at DDTC, I realized that the lack of assessment and feedback in the course didn’t align with my background and requirements for facilitation as an adult learning expert.

I created custom content to use in my classes to help my adult learners recognize their role in development of self to allow them to grow the best possible relationships with their dogs.
